GROW WITH GRACE

Specialist Physiotherapy Service for Children

London-based children’s Physiotherapist helping children in their own home, Marylebone clinic and virtually.

My aim is to be a supportive resource to help children and young adults thrive. I have expertise in child development, rehabilitation after injury, musculoskeletal conditions and baby massage.

Every child is different and therefore requires an individulised approach and treatment, however my method is always the same: teach and treat. I pride myself on providing clear education to parents (and children as appropriate) so they understand the cause of their presenting concern and how the treatment plan I provide aims to target it. I create personalised plans such as exercise programmes and reports/referrals to ensure that clients leave a treatment session with confidence in their treatment plan.

About Me

Hello, I’m Grace, a highly specialised paediatric Physiotherapist based in London. My Physiotherapy career started at the University of Liverpool where I attained a first-class degree with honours. I developed my expertise in children’s care when working in an internationally renowned central London children’s hospital across many different services including: Respiratory (intensive care, long term ventilation, chronic conditions); Musculoskeletal (child development, pre and post operative orthopaedics, rheumatology, chronic pain, hydrotherapy); Neurology (acute, short and long term rehabilitation), Community (special schools, clinics and baby groups) and Neonatology (NICU, HDU, SCBU and follow up clinics).

My passion lies in empowering infants and their parents to navigate the crucial early years of life, unlocking their full potential. I specialise in guiding children to achieve their gross motor milestones and fostering strong infant-parent bonding. In addition to my developmental care focus, I bring extensive experience in musculoskeletal care and rehabilitation. Particular interests are musculoskeletal conditions impacting the growing child and in rehabilitation following sports injuries and orthopaedic surgeries.

I opened this practice in April 2024 while concurrently working in the NHS setting up a new Physiotherapy service on a Level 3 Neonatal Unit in London.
